This page describes the SMS/text messaging program operated by EdgeCraft AI, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") under the CollabMe brand (https://collabme.com). It supplements our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
A2P 10DLC SMS privacy disclosure: We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
1. Program Description
CollabMe is an event photo- and video-sharing platform. We send SMS messages in the following categories to users who have created a CollabMe account or been invited to a CollabMe Story:
- Account verification one-time passcodes (OTP) required to sign in.
- Story ready notifications — alerts that new photos or videos are ready to view in a CollabMe Story you are part of.
- Tagged-moment alerts — notifications when the recipient has been tagged in a moment within a CollabMe Story.
- New content notifications — alerts when new moments have been added to a CollabMe Story the recipient is part of.
No marketing, promotional, or third-party content is sent under this program.
2. How Users Opt In
End users opt in by entering their mobile number into the sign-in, sign-up, or phone-verification form on CollabMe (web or mobile apps) and tapping the button to send a verification code.
A disclosure appears directly beneath the phone-number field, verbatim:
"By continuing, you agree to receive SMS verification codes and account notifications from CollabMe. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our
SMS Terms and
Privacy Policy."
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent records (phone number, timestamp, IP address, and disclosure text version) are logged server-side.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by account activity — typically 1 to 10 messages per month per user.
4. Opt-Out (STOP)
You may opt out of all SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT) to any message. You will receive one final confirmation:
"You are unsubscribed from CollabMe and will receive no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe."
5. Help (HELP)
Reply HELP or INFO to any message to receive:
"CollabMe: For help, email support@collabme.com or visit https://collabme.com/support. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply."

Our sole SMS subprocessor is Twilio Inc., which delivers messages on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using mobile opt-in data for its own marketing.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs.
