By opting in to receive SMS messages from CollabMe, you agree to these SMS Terms. These terms supplement the CollabMe Privacy Policy and the CollabMe SMS Program Policy.

1. Program Description

CollabMe uses SMS to send account and event notifications:

Account verification one-time passcodes (OTP) required to sign in.
Story ready notifications when new photos or videos are ready to view in a CollabMe Story you are part of.
Tagged-moment alerts when you have been tagged in a moment within a CollabMe Story.
New content notifications when new moments have been added to a CollabMe Story you are part of.

No marketing, promotional, or third-party content is sent under this SMS program.

2. Consent and Opt-In

You consent to receive SMS by entering your mobile number into the sign-in, sign-up, or phone-verification form on CollabMe web or mobile apps and tapping the button to send a verification code. The opt-in disclosure states that message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and links to these SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by account activity and event participation, typically 1 to 10 messages per month per user.

We do not use your mobile number for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and SMS data are handled according to the CollabMe Privacy Policy. Mobile information is shared only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver SMS messages you requested, including Twilio, Inc., and never for their own marketing.

8. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
